Special Orders

Special orders, which include alterations on current designs & some precious metal designs, requre a 50% deposit at the time of order. Deposits are non-refundable if special orders are not cancelled within 7 days. Special orders are not returnable.

Price Increases

JUL has made every effort to hold prices stable over the past year and during this global economic downturn. However, due to significant increases in the cost of precious and non-precious metals, semi-precious stones, wood, shipping, fuel & labor costs, we have been forced to raise some prices.

Guarantee

All items are guaranteed and will be repaired or replaced if defective.
